GTS810NF coating thickness gauge is a non-magnetic instrument with a wide range of applications. Its technical parameters fully comply with national standards.

This instrument is an eddy current portable coating thickness gauge, which can measure coating and coating thickness quickly, without damage and precision. It can be used both in the laboratory and on the engineering site. This instrument can be widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, the chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields. It is an essential instrument for material protection professionals. The NFe-based probe detects all insulating coating thicknesses such as lacquer, plastic, porcelain, etc. These coatings must be applied to non-magnetic metal substrates such as aluminum, copper, brass or stainless steel.

Function:

●Adopt the eddy current thickness measurement method, which can measure the thickness of the non-conductive cover layer (insulation layer) on the non-magnetic metal substrate; and also measure the magnetic method on Megnatic metal

●The instrument can be calibrated by one-point calibration and two-point calibration;

●The basic calibration correction method can be used to update and correct the probe system error to ensure the accuracy of the instrument during the measurement process;

The negative number display function ensures the accuracy of the zero point calibration of the instrument and improves the test accuracy;

●There is a buzzer prompt during the operation;

●Two shutdown methods: manual shutdown and automatic shutdown;

●Battery voltage indication: low voltage prompt;

●Micro-power design, less than 10 microamps of current in a standby state;

●Measurement method: Megnatic and NF eddy current.
